  • Fault diagnostics and repairs

When equipment reports a fault or does not work correctly, we find the cause and fix it. Where needed, we replace worn parts.

  • Installation and commissioning

We advise on new cooling, heating and ventilation equipment and take care of supply, installation and first start-up – also when replacing ageing equipment or extending an existing system.

  • Seasonal start-up and shutdown

At the start and end of each season we start up or shut down the system correctly, including the changeover between cooling and heating.

  • Heat exchanger cleaning and disinfection

We clean heat exchanger fins and disinfect the heat exchangers where needed.

  • Maintenance contracts

Planned regular maintenance of the systems in your building, following the manufacturers’ instructions.

What the law requires

We work according to good professional practice and the applicable legislation. For operators of cooling equipment and heat pumps containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases), the rules are:

  1. 1.refrigerant leak checks are mandatory for equipment containing 5 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent or more of F-gases; how often depends on the charge: from 5 to less than 50 tonnes at least every 12 months, from 50 to less than 500 tonnes every 6 months, 500 tonnes or more every 3 months (Regulation (EU) 2024/573, Article 5)
  2. 2.with a leak detection system installed, the intervals are extended to 24, 12 and 6 months
  3. 3.registering equipment: the operator must register stationary equipment containing 3 kg or more of F-gases with the ministry responsible for the environment no later than three months after installation (Slovenian decree on F-gases, Article 4)

5 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent is, for example, approximately 2.40 kg of R410A or 7.41 kg of R32 (GWP values from Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2024/573).

Recommendation: regardless of the legal leak checks, we recommend having the equipment serviced by a qualified technician at least once a year.
